Security, Compliance, and Identity (SCI) are critical for our increasingly digital world. We are looking for a field marketing expert who is a fearless strategist and an action-oriented business leader to drive go-to-market for some of the hottest technologies in today’s market for our compliance solutions – Microsoft Purview

Responsibilities

As the WW Solution Play and Field Lead for compliance in the SCI team, you will be responsible for:

  • Building sales strategies and guidance for Microsoft’s global field force to go to market with innovative solutions and drive significant new revenue growth
  • Developing and landing sales & marketing enablement tools, customer conversation contents, and programs to create pipeline and accelerate market momentum
  • Championing and supporting field marketing to empower subsidiary teams around the world and scale the go-to-market programs
  • Serving as an evangelist and subject matter expert for Compliance GTM across business stakeholders, field and partners, provide sales play insights on behalf of both corp and field
  • Collaborating with compliance and privacy product marketing team to define GTM plans to grow awareness and consumption of compliance solutions We are a dynamic team with a variety of backgrounds, and a deep passion for the success of others and the team. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in segment marketing, sales enablement, or relevant GTM roles.
    • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in in segment marketing, sales enablement, or relevant GTM roles
    • OR equivalent experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in segment marketing, sales enablement, or relevant GTM roles.
    • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in segment marketing, sales enablement, or relevant GTM roles
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Highly motivated self-starter, technology savvy with passion for driving business growth and the ability to work in a fast-paced disruptive environment
  • Able to generate high-impact ideas, manage multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives to completion
  • Proven ability to work across virtual teams and influence others, successful track records of building collaborative partnerships and overcoming challenges through teamwork
  • Strong oral/written communication skills in front of diverse audiences, formulate and deliver insights around complex business problems in a thoughtful and persuasive manner
  • Knowledge in SCI market and solutions – experience in compliance space is strongly preferred
