About the team:

The Data, Analytics, and Planning team (DAP) is one of several teams within the Microsoft Store organization. DAP is responsible for the store's data engineering, analytics, and Martech planning operations. About the role:

The Data, Analytics and Planning (DAP) team is looking for a passionate, creative, and analytical MarTech Enablement Program Manager – someone who gets excited about driving readiness, adoption, and usage of innovative marketing technology for employees across the Digital Stores and Marketing Consumer Business (MCB) organization.

The MarTech Enablement Program Manager will implement data and technology solutions, and lead enablement and adoption by our business partners. In addition, this role will manage programs that disseminate knowledge, standardize best practices, and govern readiness processes for employees as they adopt newly launched marketing technology. Our highly matrixed organization leads to endless opportunities to constantly drive improvements through streamlining and innovating our marketing technology.


  • Continually identify ways to streamline the usability of our evolving technology, including advocating for feature enhancements on behalf of users in front of product engineering teams.
  • Manage scalable learning solutions that empower employees to succeed, including a business enablement help desk, in-person training, on-demand training videos, written learning guides & manuals, virtual consultations, demos, and more.
  • Establish business governance and processes for scalable helpdesk management, product training, and documentation on our marketing technology website
  • Ensure cross-team dependencies are clearly documented and vendor team processes are established for escalations and/or ticket routing to partner teams as necessary (engineering, third-party technology partners) while maintaining SLAs
  • Drive program improvement opportunities from ideation incubation to completion – such as automation of our user management process, integration of training into Microsoft’s official learning management system, and closing gaps in product capabilities through feature requests
  • Collaborate closely with business partners to develop and continuously improve learning & adoption experiences of marketing technology
  • Create a shared understanding of capabilities & limitations of our marketing technology stack – and create plans to mitigate any product limitations either through feature enhancements or workarounds as necessary
  • Continually learn new e-Commerce and marketing technologies and drive adoption, readiness, and utilization
  • Govern and manage the Adobe marketing technology stack on behalf of thousands of users across Microsoft


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience working with e-commerce technology, web development and underlying technical components
  • 1+ years’ experience working with Adobe or D365

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years in product management, content/learning development or experience working in a tech organization
  • 3+ years using various tools to develop learning content (PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.)
  • Experience bringing a product to market and driving successful deployments and adoption
  • Excellent cross-disciplined collaboration and ability to influence without authority
  • Polished interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A can-do attitude, and the willingness to tackle hard problems in innovative ways
  • Thrive in a team environment that values cross-team collaboration and building on the success of others
  • Strong analytical skills, and the ability to tell stories using data and endless curiosity
