Microsoft’s Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Capacity, Supply Chain & Provisioning (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth. CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.

The Microsoft Capacity Supply Chain and Provisioning group is an exciting and fast evolving team with a mission to optimize and deliver industry leading cloud infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft’s online services used by our Customers around the world. The organization is responsible for strategy and delivery of the foundational platform for the Microsoft Cloud supply chain. CSCP has an exciting opportunity for you to play a leadership role in driving change for our supply chain transformation. The job is an individual contributor role within the Transformational Enablement Change Management Office as the OCM Engagement Leader. As an experienced change manager with knowledge of Prosci or similar Organizational Change Management methodologies, you will accelerate behavioral change through the enablement and empowerment of a business OCM network.

Responsibilities

Build and manage the Business Change Network. Build relationships with Business OCM Lead community members to enlist sponsorship for transformation and build OCM capability across the organization.

Align business team leadership with the goals and objectives essential to successful project execution and capability adoption.

Build awareness for our transformation story utilizing a variety of engagement channels (intranet, email, newsletters, mobile, webinar, etc.) and plans regular updates to employees using video/digital and written communication.

Develop collaborative and productive partnerships with functional leaders and business communicators, across the organization.

Conduct thorough Audience Impact Analysis and execute engagement strategies to effectively share information with project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Deliver on change management activities (change strategy & planning, stakeholder engagement, change impact, organizational readiness, communications and training)

Understanding the scope and implications of transformation and connect it to the broader strategy. Ensure alignment across CMO communications.

Develop innovative ways to improve reach and engagement through content, events and technologies.

Manage communication Sharepoint sites strategy including the content design, layouts, and maintenance of content. Work with content owners and key stakeholders across the CMO and OCM project teams to keep the site relevant and engaging.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of communications, training, and other organizational change management experiences.
  • Experience developing and executing the change management strategy for a large scale digital transformation.
  • Experience developing and executing engagement and communication strategies.
  • Experience assessing business objectives, defining a related change strategy and work plans to lead the project to success.
  • Ability to engage and influence people at all levels, including senior leadership toward a common goal.
  • Experience applying human-centered design techniques to understand the current .experience and ensure change strategy enables targeted future experience.
  • Experience with the Prosci ADKAR Model or other certified OCM Models, tools, and frameworks.
  • Experience measuring the effectiveness of change management activities.
  • Strong communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening.
  • Great project management skills, including time management, goal-setting, multitasking and prioritization.
