CSCP has an exciting opportunity for you to play a leadership role in driving change for our transformation. The job is an individual contributor role within the Transformational Enablement Change Management Office.

As an experienced Communications Manager with a depth of knowledge in Prosci or similar Organizational Change Management methodologies, you will drive behavioral change by owning the planning and execution of change management communication strategies as part of a centralized Change Management Office (CMO). This will require coordination across multiple project teams driving the development of new end-to-end supply chain process capabilities to support the growth of the Microsoft Cloud.


Build and execute the CMO Communications Strategy and Execution Plan.

Lead and manage multiple communications assignments in a fast-paced environment across a variety of channels (intranet, email, newsletters, mobile, webinar, etc.). Plan regular updates to employees using video/digital and written communications.

Develop collaborative and productive partnerships with functional leaders and business communicators, across the organization. Ensure communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization.

Manage communication Sharepoint sites strategy including the content design, layouts, and maintenance of content. Work with content owners and key stakeholders across the CMO and OCM project teams to keep the site relevant and engaging.

Hands-on communications management for complex projects as assigned. Understand the scope and implications of each issue and connect them to the broader strategy and vision.

Develop innovative ways to improve reach and engagement through content, events and technologies.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of communications, training, and other organizational change management experiences
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing engagement and communication strategies
  • Work independently to draft, edit, and proofread content for assigned projects. Strong communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listening
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Experience creating targeted content that generates measurable ROI. Experience measuring the effectiveness of communications
  • Ability to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across departments
  • Great project management skills, including time management, goal setting, multitasking and prioritization
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with the Prosci ADKAR Model or other certified OCM Models, tools, and frameworks
