Microsoft’s Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Capacity, Supply Chain & Provisioning (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth. Our mission is to deliver the world’s computer with an industry-leading supply chain. CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.

The Capacity, Supply Chain, and Provisioning (CSCP) Strategy and Transformation team is seeking an experienced change management manager to play a role in driving change for our cloud supply chain transformation. The job is an individual contributor role within the Transformational Enablement Change Management Office.

As an experienced OCM Manager with a depth of knowledge in Prosci change management methods, you will work to ensure OCM consistency across the project teams and change network. This role will require coordination across multiple project teams that are driving the development of new end to end supply chain process capabilities to support the growth of the Microsoft Cloud.


Be the single point of contact for the utilization and adoption of the CMO Playbook, Dashboard and Toolkit.

Manage the engagement and ROB for the Project OCM Leads.

Maintain OCM templates and tools ensure proper data collection and report out.

Focus on continuous improvement, action tracking and measuring success.

Build and maintain business review decks and leadership presentations.

Track team progress against priorities to help ensure the CMO team is focused on highest impact work.

Support the CMO operations team as needed.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, General Business or related field OR equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience with proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives.
  • Experience analyzing the organizational impacts on stakeholders affected by the implementation of new technology, products, processes, or business environments.
  • Experience developing and executing engagement and communication strategies to effectively share information with project stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Experience developing detailed action plans that pinpoint the impact of change on affected parties and identify the plan of action for addressing the anticipated responses to the change.
  • Experience measuring the effectiveness of change management activities through the use of adoption metrics, surveys and interviews.
  • Experience with the Prosci ADKAR Model.
