Microsoft’s Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Capacity, Supply Chain & Provisioning (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth. Our mission is to deliver the world’s computer with an industry-leading supply chain. CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.

The Capacity, Supply Chain, and Provisioning (CSCP) Strategy and Transformation team is seeking a process expert to facilitate the re-engineering of supply chain processes. This Technical Program Manager will partner closely with Business Owners, Engineering PM leads, and Architecture leads on a continuous basis to design and document the new business processes needed to enable a World Class Supply Chain.


Support key projects and process areas to develop, manage and adopt L1 to L5 process documentation, working with business stakeholders, set cadence for regular reviews and maintain content in OneBPM solution.

Assist Process leads to track, coordinate, and communicate to ensure business process and system process documentation standards are met to develop and implement new business capabilities.

Work with various stakeholders to prepare process and work instruction documentation for use in user acceptance and go-live activities.

Build trusted partnerships across business owners, engineering program managers, architecture team and change leads to drive business process alignment and decision making.

Helps validate use-case and scenario outcomes, and performance targets that are being achieved. Contribute to the design and performance to the various supply chain KPI’s with business owners.


  • Working knowledge of ASCM SCOR model
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in documenting supply chain processes.
  • Candidate should have the ability to think strategically and drive prioritization and trade-off decisions at a global level.
  • Demonstrated ability to create supply chain processes, procedures and communications that can be used to maintain a world class, high-tech supply chain capability roadmap.
  • History of developing trusted partnerships, collaborating across teams, coordinating multiple timelines, and managing complex, cross discipline projects.
  • Functional knowledge and experience related to supply chain including planning, execution, and provisioning processes.
  • Knowledge of common industry methods, processes, and tools used to manage and develop business roadmaps, ROI realization, and Supply Chain KPIs.
