As the Windows Product Marketing Manager, you will develop and manage approaches focused on achieving high satisfaction and retention by helping customers get the most out of their computing experience including seamless transitions to newer versions of Windows. If you are passionate about finding new ways to engage with customers and assist them on their Windows PC lifecycle journey, this may be the job for you!

Responsibilities

In this role you will help manage a cross-discipline virtual team to continually assess the lifecycle state of the Windows PC population to develop and evolve approaches to help them update existing devices or transition to new ones.

Your responsibilities will be a mix of direct, individual contributions and work across our internal partner teams to influence and drive action - all with the goal of helping our customers enjoy the best of Windows.

Competencies that will help you be successful in this role include communications skills, project management, collaboration, impact through influence, and drive for results.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience
  • Experience in consumer marketing, relationship or lifecycle management, or business program management
  • Strong project management capabilities and certification
  • Familiarity and experience with the Windows business
