To this end, Microsoft is investing in a Customer Success Technical Strategy Program Manager who will help the largest and most important companies in the world across all industries successfully adopt Microsoft Cloud Hybrid & Edge solutions and services.

We are looking for an experienced program manager to drive the Azure Hybrid & Edge technical strategy & programs for the Customer Success organization. As a Technical Program Manager within the customer success organization, you will be responsible for developing and landing the Hybrid & Edge technical strategy across an ecosystem of Cloud Solution Architects (CSA), Customer Success Account Managers (CSAM) and CSA Managers.   • Manage Solution Engineering

o Manage designing and landing scalable customer Hybrid/Edge repeatable architecture and implementation (ESLZ, WAF, CAF); define Hybrid/Edge MIPs and Value-based Deliverables delivery and content strategy
o Manage building of industry and regional reference implementation add-ons
o Align and validate with PG based on field engagements, and identify IP to be harvested
  • Drive Platform Improvement

o Identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement based on field and internal stakeholder feedback. Continuously incorporate improvements into the next iteration of the WW strategy and execution plan
o Ensure capturing of customer centric feedback through the appropriated tools and drive data quality to ensure feedback correctness
o Manage and priorities feature request backlog with Product Groups and run periodic feedback scrums to drive resolution and unblock customers.
  • Manage Technical Intensity

o Manage creation and landing of readiness material for Hybrid/Edge IP, Value-based Deliverables, and lead adoption by the field
o Lead execution of WW technical community and readiness activities within Customer Success
o Serve as the primary lead for Hybrid/Edge track design and delivery across multiple channels such as (but not limited to) Microsoft Ready, Azure bootcamps, OpenHacks, 30‐60‐90 onboarding, facilitating in-person and virtual presentations.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in building Cloud, Hybrid/Edge Solutions, Products and Services as part of Engineering teams either as a Program Manager OR Engineering positions.
    o OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    o OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $133,900 and $200,900.

At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
