Our team is hiring a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate change management efforts needed for our latest compute infrastructure. We are looking for experienced program managers with strong technical background, passionate to drive engineering efficiencies and excellence, results driven and customer obsessed. In this job you would work with the core Azure development teams and leaders to deliver intelligent, scalable, automated, high quality platforms and solutions. The nature of the job requires technical experience and depth specially in cloud, deployment infrastructure and health signals. The role also requires the ability to work with stakeholders across multiple groups, good communication skills, as well as strategic thinking and creative problem solving.


  • Identify customer requirements to define and prioritize compute products and initiatives.
  • Partner with the development team to design end-to-end scenarios, identify key product tradeoffs and craft a vision for the product or product area.
  • Manage the delivery of mission-critical products and programs from inception to general availability.
  • Utilize strong data-driven and project management methodologies to monitor the delivery, quality and efficiency of new offerings, and deliver highly effective, predictable and repeatable processes with continual improvement.
  • Work independently in highly ambiguous environments, with both technical and business leaders.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in the software industry
  • 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager/Technical Program Manager, shipping infrastructure components or large products/services
  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Design, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep experience in cloud technologies and software deployment. Ability to lean into technical decisions keeping in mind the user experience. Ability to gain technical knowledge to understand cloud infrastructure in depth. Focus on quality and reliability.
  • A track record of providing program management during all phases of software development from strategy to ship, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and able to influence and collaborate with development teams.
  • Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale effort across multiple teams and functions with stakeholders in different disciplines and sometimes across time zones
  • Drives internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Experience in Azure cloud or other clouds technologies, strongly preferred.
