We are looking for a Group Product Manager to drive the M365 Admin strategy, product portfolio, and growth initiatives. The admin audience is pivotal to our customers’ digital transformation.

M365 strategy and product plans to accelerate SMB customers through in-product marketplace which provides personalized, contextually relevant customer journeys that fulfill the customer’s business goals while increasing customer velocity to value and growth in the use of Microsoft services. Small businesses seek capabilities that go beyond product knowledge and support services. Small business owners are looking to build relationships with services that have empathy for their challenges, understand the market, and provide the ability to advice enabling business growth. This role will have an opportunity to integrate 3rd party partners to fulfill this need.


Overall Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Be a leader in Microsoft to define and develop our Admin strategy and customer scenarios that enable all customers from VSB (Very Small Business) to large Enterprises.
  • Lead across E+D and partnering with Azure and D365 to create coherent Admin journeys
  • Identify and develop new direct growth strategies in mature and emerging markets working in conjunction with M365 marketing, products, and services fulfilling through Admin Marketplace
  • Demonstrated success in growing products at scale and developing business models and partner incentives to accelerate growth
  • Strong knowledge of commercial audiences, their needs, and top business goals
  • Prioritize and orchestrate M365 Engineering investments in product led customer journeys with strong focus on increasing NPSA, NPS, and engagement with our customers.
  • Strong ability to drive influence across a large matrix organization
  • Strong experience in cross-group v-teams for scaled execution and collaboration


  • 10 - 15+ years of Product Group experience, including Group Management experience. Experience should encompass the business acumen, engineering proficiency, content and experiences that enable customer loyalty, use and feature adoption, organizational agility, and operational disciplines needed to build intent-driven value realization journeys for cloud products across diverse customer segments, markets and needs.
  • Success in driving a customer success vision across a portfolio of SaaS products with a demonstrable customer loyalty, feature adoption increase, and strong ROI growth.
  • Experience in Product Led Growth, 2 sided marketplaces, Growth and Habit Loops.
  • Proven track record delivering across organizational boundaries in a highly matrix model and sustaining strong partnerships within and outside the organization. Ability to drive decisions, bring clarity to ambiguity, influence leadership, and manage business outcomes with pace.
  • Demonstrable results in influencing for impact and creating strategies that achieve top line goals for the business, customers, and partners. Capability to anticipate obstacles and preemptively address points of vulnerability in the system required.
  • Experience in defining, designing, and shipping products and services through the complete product lifecycle.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers at all stages of the sales and adoption/use cycle and working in-depth to understand their needs and help them achieve their business goals (perhaps you have developed customer success ecosystems, community or innovative help and support customer tools and interaction platforms).
  • Strong communication skills that can tailor content and concepts based on audience (internal stakeholders and with external customers), leadership levels, and disciplines (Engineering, Finance, Business Development, Partners).
  • Exceptional people skills and recognized for cross org collaborations on reinvention initiatives that achieve business results and operational excellence in a distributed organization model.
  • Strong demonstrated record of accomplishment in defining and leading new strategies to create clarity, generate energy, and drive impact.
