We are located in the heart of Silicon Valley in Mountain View, CA. We're growing the capabilities and scale of Designer, pushing the limits of machine learning to help create the world’s best designs and presentations. Partnering with the best of AI Research, engineering, UX designers and user research teams to continue delighting our customers and create a truly intelligent and delightful AI assisted design experience.

This role is based out of Mountain View, CA, with flexibility for in-office or hybrid work from home schedules.


As a Principal Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for strategy and execution in significant areas of the product. This will have you contributing to the product vision and roadmap, evangelizing and refining your ideas cross-discipline, and working with engineering, UX design, research, marketing, business planning teams to deliver on it.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Product and market strategy - Researching market segments, assessing competitive differentiation, creating decision frameworks, formulating, and validating hypotheses and advocating direction.  
  • Launch and evangelism – create product demos, presentations, and other collateral to highlight capabilities.  
  • Prioritization – Ruthless prioritization across several competing objectives to make the optimal use of time and resources. 
  • Engineering and Design engagement - Close partnership with engineering and design teams to understand technical trade-offs to successfully influence product design. 
  • Be an exceptional individual contributor.   
  • Gather data from multiple sources to measure the effectiveness of new features and identify areas of improvement.    
  • Formulate hypotheses and quickly validate with prototypes, user feedback, and experimentation.    
  • Have fun while growing the product, customer base and your career with a growth mindset.


Required Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • 3 years of experience working on consumer-facing products, preferably related to design and/or AI/ML

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with data or AI powered products such as recommendation engines to understand technology tradeoffs and their impact on product experiences.
  • Customer empathy with experience in user-centered design; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly applications and user-facing features.
  • Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment. Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude, growth mindset and bias for action are very welcome.
  • Experience driving experimentation in software with a growth hacking mindset to expand and deepen user funnels, and on social features that drive viral loops.
  • Excellent written, verbal presentation, and communications skills
  • Experience working within, and across large teams that deliver experiences at scale.
