Responsibilities

As part of the Microsoft Solutions - Support Services sales organization, we are seeking a Change Management and Landing Lead. This role requires an experienced, highly motivated individual to lead teams through organizational change efforts of varying size and complexity. This includes utilizing industry standard change management principles (such as PROSCI), processes, and tools to focus on driving operational results and behavioral changes. You will take point on guiding and support the design and implementation of targeted change strategies for projects including stakeholder identification and alignment, appropriate communication and feedback loops, success measures and long-term sustainability. You will establish and maintain effective partnerships with key cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment to organization change management standards and alignment to MCAPS activities and frameworks. And drive day-to-day change management activities while providing the appropriate coaching for stakeholders on change management principles, tools, and their roles in effective change.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of technology-related sales, change management,strategy, or consulting experience 
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years of technology-related sales, change management,strategy, or consulting experience


Additional/ Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment across multiple teams and organization
  • Understanding of Microsoft’s solutions, including customers and partner ecosystem 
  • Business maturity and experience working across organizational boundaries
  • Proficient messaging and writing skills 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all change management deliverables 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive strong work-back plans 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt plans and approaches in real-time 
  • BS/BA degree, MBA or an advanced degree
  • Experience in Microsoft products or like IT companies
  • PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner
