Would you like to be part of a team that works together to solve complex problems, build great products, and enable our global customers to achieve more? As the Principal Program Manager (Cloud), you’ll work directly with internal teams and partners to define and implement solutions that enable Microsoft to ensure our M365 solutions are delivered across our Global Clouds, and that we have full visibility into the status and health of our solution delivery. This is a highly impactful role which has broad visibility and influence across many teams across the company, and which is critical to ensuring we are providing our customers with the products and offerings they expect so that they can achieve more.

And as part of the Enterprise and Cloud (E+C) organization, you will help lead our M365 global expansion by ensuring that our build automation is high quality, effective, repeatable, and that it improves over time. Our team focuses on delivering consistent framework and engineering investments for standardization across infrastructure and across M365 services. Responsibilities

Create and drive a technical strategy and plan for ensuring our offerings, products, and SKUs are delivered across our clouds, within SLA, and within their full scope. You will define a roadmap and collaborate with others on its implementation; define support processes and SLAs; implement automated metrics and feedback loops that ensure iterative improvement over time. To do so, you’ll leverage your deep technical knowledge and people-skills across multiple disciplines such as software engineers and product managers, to

synthesize complex technical issues into a shared vision and defined course of action. You will be laser-focused in delivering results that delight our customers.

Qualifications

  • BS or higher.
  • 5+ years in technical product/program management experience.
  • Experience working with developers/customers, understanding their needs, and being their voice.
  • Experience digging into data to uncover insights.
  • Experience incubating and fostering new ideas.
  • Strong technical chops. Familiarity with cloud technologies is a huge plus.
  • Ability to work across team boundaries to get things done.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, inclusive, and results-oriented.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn, and a desire to help develop others around you.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
