  • Sales Leadership & Customer Obsession
  • You will deliver business growth through leading and empowering account teams. You will lead execution of Go to Market (GTM) to achieve customer business outcomes that are relevant to their Industry.
  • You will maximize share of wallet, achieve targets (billed revenue, consumption, usage, customer adds), and win against competition through flawless execution.
  • Leadership of a diverse education v-team of high impact relationship, technical and industry sellers that to expand strategic education customer relationships to drive larger impact and targeted business growth and drive the jointly agreed customer multi-year Digital Transformation business strategy, delivering agreed outcomes
  • Mobilizing, orchestrating, mentoring and leading the Microsoft Education v-team, partners and customers in order to help solidify the path to the complex yet exciting journey that is Digital Transformation
  • Disrupting the mindset of customers and sales teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase Microsoft's unique value proposition for education


Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience leading a high performing team and/or virtual team that sells cloud solutions to Enterprise Public Sector and achieving target or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or technology related field AND
  • 10+ years of experience in Public Sector Sales (Education or Government), driving business growth or customer digital transformation, sales management, or leadership
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing and/or driving business growth or customer digital transformation, sales management, or leadership
  • OR equivalent experience
