• 5+ years of development experience on an enterprise Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud)
• Strong experience in Salesforce development tools and techniques, including APEX, Force, triggers, controllers, Force SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, outbound messaging, and creating Visual Force Pages
• Experience developing highly usable, scalable and maintainable solutions for large scale implementations and organizations consisting of 300 + users
• Strong understanding of web service integration (REST/SOAP) and enterprise middleware integration tiers (Informatica).
• Proactively recommends and provides ongoing maintenance of systems serving as a senior support resource and point of escalation.
• Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases
• Assists in the development and/or review of standards, best practices, and SOPs for Salesforce.
• Agile experience preferred.
• Able to adapt methodologies to fit the project scope and unique needs that may arise.
• Serve as trusted technology adviser, creating successful technology solutions that support the organizational strategic vision and goals.
• Ability to work well under deadlines and in a flexible environment.
• Exhibits expert business knowledge and leverages strong customer relationships
• Guides the development of the team in overall application technology design activities
• May serve as an agile development team member, creating and testing the product increment

• Salesforce Platform App Builder (Highly Desired)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (Highly Desired)

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Field of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of related experience.
