The Role at NFP

Summary: NFP Atlanta is seeking a project manager that would head up the implementation and timeline management of benefit administration services. This position will work closely with the account management team to ensure new clients are successfully onboarded and renewed clients are accurately updated for open enrollment.

Essential Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of new client implementation of services
    • Services include: ben admin technology, call center, bill reconciliation
  • Facilitate the organization of benefit administration technology renewals
  • Develop and track timelines
  • Lead client conversations on implementations
  • Follow up with internal Account Management team and client to ensure timelines are met
  • Track eligibility files- source and delivery
  • Assist with ben admin enrollment site testing
  • Log and track service tickets

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Account/Project Management: 3 years


Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.
