Summary

The Direct Bill Processor II (Benefits) reports to the Key Relationship Manager. This person is responsible for assisting the Key Relationship Manager in completing labor intensive tasks. They are also responsible for ensuring all processes adhere to set standards within their area of responsibility and maintaining effective working relationships. They are also responsible for gathering carrier statements and matching to deposits on the Benefits cash log.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the daily operations of the cash receipts department.
  • Depositing and logging of checks that are mailed directly to the AOC.
  • Assists in communication from regional mailbox.
  • Complete ad hoc requests from management.
  • Participate with internal and audit requests.

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

  • Ability to accomplish goals while meeting deadlines
  • Possess good analytical skills, problem solving skills, and good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Must be able to manage projects efficiently and effectively, as well as, meet set deadlines
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Prior accounting system experience a plus
