The Facilities Coordinator reports to the AVP, Facilities. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide NFPSI with mail support. This position is also responsible for basic administrative duties, and other duties as assigned. This role requires working full-time at our Plainview (Long Island), NY office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process all incoming overnight deliveries
  • Receive and process all incoming USPS
  • Retrieve all internal supply requests
  • Order supplies from WB Mason
  • Maintain office paper inventory
  • Maintain and order pantry supplies
  • Processes all outgoing FedEx’s
  • Processes all outgoing USPS mail.
  • Scan all incoming documents for department distribution
  • Restock copy/fax rooms with paper
  • Restocks all pantries
  • Replenish daily breakfast items.
  • Prepare COI for mailing (folding, inserting, postage)
  • Special projects as determined by manager
  • Attendance is necessary to completing the job functions

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Individual must also have basic Desktop Computer Skills (MS Word, Outlook, etc.)

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school graduate or an equivalent required.

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 – $54,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
