How can you grow with Nufarm?

Based in Alsip, IL, Nufarm is looking for a Regional Tolling Planner who is responsible for ensuring customer requirements are met on time through reviewing and finalising the Regional Supply Plan considering all available tolling resources and capacities.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure effective Production and Material planning for tolling requirements outside the Nufarm manufacturing network and manage the on-time delivery of said requirements
  • Ensure raw materials are purchased and available prior to release of production orders
  • Support relevant demand and supply forums in particular the IBP process: Provide input as required, report issues and attend at the Regional Supply Review meeting
  • Ensure all tax and customs related activities are carried out in accordance with regional legislation (where appropriate)
  • Ensure overall end-to-end tolling execution considering planning and ERP transactions
  • Provide Tollers with long range production forecasts and execute "buying capacity" as appropriate
  • Contribute to the optimisation of transport and warehousing networks in cooperation with the Procurement / Logistics leads
  • Work in close cooperation with the Regional and Global Tolling group to ensure adherence to corporate procedures are met

What do you bring?

You hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field of CPM. The right candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience operational supply chain and supply planning with a mindset of a business owner. As well as experience using an integrated supply planning system. You have excellent communication, analytical, and technical skills with ability to manage meetings, coordinate and negotiate. You have demonstrated leadership experience in a supply chain planning/distribution role along with great knowledge of tools and processes in tolling planning.
