About The Position

Do you have a positive and motivating attitude, love sales and all it has to offer? If so, then we are looking for you to join our Qognify team as an Inside Sales Rep.


Qognify is a leading international technology business working with customers around the globe ensuring the safety and security of our customers’ business operations.


The key goal for this position is to proactively work with your assigned customers, across our various products, to ensure customer software is up to date so you can obtain the highest possible renewal rates. Bottom-line, you will succeed in this role if you maintain and exceed your target sales goals and support the teams’ sales goals.

What you will do?

  • Work collaboratively with everyone… customers, enterprise and strategic accounts, with the focus on meeting the customer expectations and Company’s sales and renewal goals
  • Maintain the percentage of renewal rate to foster the success and growth of your accounts and the company overall
  • Negotiating with your assigned customer base to renew contracts
  • Probe for additional sales opportunities on all customer calls (implied other spaces)
  • Create quotes as defined by our partners and customers for software and hardware
  • Manage CRM database by creating opportunities, maintaining renewals, updating activity records and customer data as required
  • Be the 1st point of contact for administrative questions in your customer set
  • Answer calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Effectively negotiate YoY maintenance agreements increases as required with end-user contract administrator, leveraging Outside Sales Team as needed
  • Effectively learn, understand, communicate, and quote hardware options
  • Receive purchase orders and update account status to prepare for processing and billing
  • Manage customer concerns with partners and/or internal parties
  • Learn the Company’s product solutions

What you bring?

  • 3+ years with proven sales or account management
  • Experience Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Known for your clear and concise communication skills
  • Love the challenge of meeting sales goals and maintaining forecast
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; strong excel skills
  • Enjoys working remotely, with a Company that believes in work life balance
  • Experience with a software sales environment (preferred)
  • Experience with selling computer hardware (preferred)
  • College degree in business or related field (preferred)

Qognify compensation is affected by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skillset, level of experience, and specific work location. The salary range of (total/base) pay for this role is $65-80K plus commissions and benefits, including generous paid time off, health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance and 401K with an employer match.
