Your Role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need you to lead client Implementation projects, be responsible for a world-class onboarding to new and existing clients and be an expert on our product set. Some of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will be:

  • Managing client and stakeholder relationships
  • Execute effective virtual onboarding call educating clients on the MoveSpring platform and program configuration best practices
  • Building strong client relationships through virtual meetings, and calls, and adding further value by providing credible advice and expertise around platform usage
  • Identifying opportunities and managing a pipeline of upsell solutions
  • Testing and troubleshooting system - handling client enquiries efficiently and working closely with other departments to resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensuring our customer systems (Salesforce) are always accurate and up to date
  • Encouraging Client feedback and gathering client reviews monthly
  • Liaising with our internal teams including our Global Support Center, to share best practices and improve processes

The Experience and Key Skills you will have:

  • Proven success in a client-facing role within the B2B or B2C space for 1-2 years
  • Above average organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to plan and prioritize customer demands
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach and ability to adapt to individual client style
  • Above average computer skills and the ability to confidently navigate websites and online software
  • Screensharing to educate clients on the platform
  • Strong preparation and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Personable with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • The ability to work independently, while also collaborating with different teams within MoveSpring

The Interview Process:

  • Telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
  • First interview with the Client Success Team Manager and Client Success Team Member
  • Assessment Task
  • Final interview and assessment presentation with the Client Success Team Manager and Client Success Team Member
