We are rapidly growing and adding a new Customer Service Associate II position to our team in Mechanicsburg, PA. This is a 1st shift opportunity with working hours of Monday-Friday with the times to be determined, rotating weekends for manufacturing support, and some overtime.


The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment, and familiarity with using computer systems and warehousing software. SAP knowledge is a plus. Able to work a flexible schedule as needed for Inventory Planning coverage.

Job Summary: A successful Inventory Planning Associate is responsible for monitoring emails, carrier bookings, and SAP workload to ensure that all deliveries are properly planned for processing. The Inventory Planning Associate will maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting and accurate processing of material reports and system transfers. The Inventory Planning Associate will support the Operations team helping to research, adjust, and fix SAP workload issues.

Daily duties:

  • SAP Delivery Workload Planning and Close out.
  • Assist with researching inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and location reports.
  • Always follow all safety rules and regulations.
  • Be able to promptly answer emails and to follow up.
  • Always maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience (3 years preferred)
  • Ability to research and problem solve.
  • Ability to prioritize duties as they present themselves.
  • Must be able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Basic PC knowledge.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
