Job Overview

TE Connectivity's HR Business Partners implement global Human Resources policies at the business unit level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards and change management). They foster partnership across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives, strategies and policies of the organization and work closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development. In addition, HR Business Partners participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change, etc.)

The Sensors business unit HRBP serves as a strategic business partner and trusted thought partner to Directors leading Sales, Customer Care, Product Management, and Marketing and their team members. Key responsibilities include:

Serving as part of the TES HR team to lead the delivery of strategic talent, organization design, and organizational effectiveness support across respective client groups

Coordinating effectively with the HR organization for data driven best practice solutions

Taking informed risks where needed, measuring cost/benefit trade offs, and working toward enterprise goals

Identifying organization design & development opportunities. Using partnership with HR network to strategize and implement

Serving as the voice of the business within the BU/Function HR Leadership team

Enterprise advocacy for Diversity, Engagement, and Inclusion

Leading HR Project work aligned to annual Sensors objectives. To be assigned based on need, competency and capacity.

What your background should look like:

Bachelor's degree or above in HR or other field related to the business

Minimum 8+ years progressive HR related experience; breadth of HR knowledge and skills in variety of fields in international context

Experience with Organization Design and Talent and Management Development

Executive level experience; Experience influencing without authority

Global HR experience preferred but not required

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $99,500 – $149,300 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
