Short Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the migration of the ERP system to SAP
- Lead the key operations projects identify in the Americas strategy: define the team, establish the project plan, follow up on execution, report out on budget, manage deviations and escalate as needed
- Support a diverse, cross-functional team in achieving record growth in the Energy marketplace
- Contribute to the transformation of the Americas Supply Chain by optimizing and redesigning the material flow of our key strategic product lines while increasing Ship to Request performance and Growth of the
- Identify a strong pipeline of additional continuous improvement projects and execute them
What your background should look like:
KEY EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Supply Chain
- 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing / Supply Chain with proven track record of success in SAP implementation, Supply Chain transformation, production transfer
- Strong Project Manager experience in matrix organisation
- PMP certification highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong manufacturing cost and analytic capability and hands-on experience in leading lean manufacturing initiatives will be preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills; the ability to hire, develop, support and motivate teams
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, MfgPro, SAP or other MRP system)
- Lean Manufacturing principles
- Fluent in English, Spanish preferred
- Open to travel
