Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Position Overview:

  • Running 2 - 3 cablers in the department.

  • Employee must be productive, accountable, responsible and have great attendance.

Pay rate: 3rd $25.30

What your background should look like:

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Set machine by following Manufacturing System (MS) guidelines.

  • Monitor the process while machines are running.

  • Adjustments and all aspects of machine loading and changeovers.

  • Completes necessary operational paperwork.

  • Proficient with using measuring devices (micrometer, calipers, scale)

  • Basic use of hand tools (crescent wrench, allen wrench, screwdriver)

  • Ensures proper cleanliness of equipment and immediate area in accordance with company housekeeping, safety, and environmental, and lean manufacturing guidelines.

  • Follow company and department guidelines, procedures and policies.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Basic math skills.

  • Ability to lift at least 35 pounds.

  • Offer letter for employment in contingency of candidate clearing background and drug screening.
