Job Overview

1st shift 4am- 2:30pm Monday thru Thursday with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Completes required paperwork to report production, scrap, downtime, problems and issues related to the equipment and labor reporting.
  • General housekeeping of work area.
  • Follow company and department guidelines, procedures and policies.
  • Following safety guidelines.
  • Work a 10 hour shift and sitting and stretching breaks (5mins) 3 breaks.
  • Need to use some hand tools and microscopes at the same time.
  • Team of 22 people you will be leading.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What your background should look like:

Qualifications:

  • HS diploma or GED and 4 years of related manufacturing experience required, AA Degree in related discipline preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret product blueprints preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in order to successfully accomplish job duties.
  • Must be proficient in English language.
  • Be able to be able to stay at the end of the shift to complete paperwork.
  • Time management.
  • Organization skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work with challenging individual.
  • Abitlity to train new and existing opertators.
  • Talk in front of an audience.
  • Follow work instruction MPI
  • Lead to follow quality specs
  • Customers Spec
  • Cross function team
  • Identify challenges and react timely
