Business Unit Description
TE’s Medical business unit, part of the Industrial Solutions segment, offers medical device OEMs, a complete product offering, and a capability portfolio for minimally invasive, imaging, surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic devices. Position Overview
TE Connectivity's Manufacturing Technicians (Overview). Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
The Manufacturing Technician III will be responsible for: Process troubleshooting, general setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment and tooling to support manufacturing and improvement efforts in a clean room environment. Facility cleaning, QA support as needed, and other duties as needed. Overall a multi-functional individual that will wear several hats during our growth needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Manufacturing & Engineering goals for yield and productivity sustainment.
  • Perform equipment & tooling preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • General support for manufacturing and improvement activity in designated areas of responsibility.
  • Set up and run engineering tests and gather data as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with our QA manual & documentation system to meet customer specifications.
  • Other duties as assigned

This is a 2nd shift, the hours will be: 3:30pm-12:00am - Training will preferably occur on day shift for 2-4 weeks with the option to do a split shift if necessary.

What your background should look like:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4 years or more of related work experience and/or training
  • Experience working under ISO Regulations
  • Experience with manufacturing and/or basic lean principles
  • Computer skills with word processing and spreadsheets
  • Ability to read, write and speak proficiently in English

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $44,800– $67,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
