Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.

  • Experienced executive assistant.
  • Multiple director assignments, ability to work efficiently and professionally in fast-paced environment.
  • Office administration and clerical duties.
  • Support members of the senior management team with advanced calendar and travel planning.
  • Adept in providing professional documents, presentations, org charts, business correspondence, and complex spreadsheets.
  • Skilled in project management, planning off and on site meetings and coordinating event logistics.
  • Adept in multi-tasking, taking meeting minutes, task follow-up, file maintenance and proofreading.
  • Reconcile time and expense reports, coordinate employee onboarding

What your background should look like:

  • Experienced executive assistant with over five years of experience
  • Support senior management with advanced calendar and travel planning
  • Skilled in creating professional documents, presentations, org charts, business correspondence, and complex spreadsheets
  • Proficient in project management, meeting planning, and coordinating event logistics
  • Capable of multi-tasking, taking meeting minutes, task follow-up, file maintenance, and proofreading
  • Manage time and expense reports, coordinate employee onboarding
  • Holds an Associate's Degree or higher in a business-related field
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with 90+ wpm typing speed
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite preferred
  • Strong organization skills with attention to detail, cost savings, and process improvement
  • Experienced in office administration and clerical duties
  • Adept at managing multiple director assignments in a fast-paced environment

COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $64,960 – $81.200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
