The Opportunity
We are much more than our job descriptions, but here’s where you will begin….
- Lead, execute and deliver growth marketing creative - focusing on Paid Social with extension into email as needed
- Build Paid Social creative in creative automation tool, Smartly
- Identify and ideate on creative testing across a variety of goals and across multiple product verticals (including fashion, homeware, beauty & more)
- Build out creative testing and strategies roadmaps and push for continuous testing and learning
- Mix the art and the science: utilize data to inform creative strategy
- Work collaboratively cross-functionally to concept, present, and execute new work on a weekly basis
- You must have a proven ability to produce your own work and a love of creating and producing work quickly and nimbly
- Ability to create, develop and maintain design systems and brand guidelines
- Be an excellent teammate
- Work with the team to continually improve and refine our creative workflow
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understand and create work to support our business objectives and marketing strategies

Who are you? (Qualifications)
Like us, you’ll be deeply committed to delivering positive outcomes for customers and passionate about shaping the future of Afterpay.
3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design or e-commerce industries.
High level of skills in design programs (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch/Figma)
A solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach
Special consideration will be given to applicants with experience in motion graphics
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, under tight deadlines, with strong project and time management skills
Understanding of business objectives
A strong portfolio of creative work you've led from conception to delivery that include Paid Social marketing campaigns
A portfolio of work that shows the ability to flex style and design depending on context and audience
Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team
You like to keep it real with your actions, be brave with your decisions, do the right thing for all our stakeholders and shape the future with excitement.
