We are looking for a down-to-earth, optimistic, and self-motivated Sales Enablement Coordinator to support our Global Sales Enablement programs. The person who steps into this role will help build the foundation of the sales learning and effectiveness strategy at Deputy.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Sales Enablement, you will have the opportunity to develop the next generation of Deputy Sales team members. Key Responsibilities

  • Logistically support sales training programs for teams across Australia, Europe, and North America (webinars, in-person, self-paced or on-the-job)
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align on initiatives, product updates, and business priorities and implement a sales communications strategy/process
  • Manage the sales enablement information hub, including content upload, organization, and user training
  • Implement and analyze surveys and assessments to help measure the effectiveness of our programs
  • Enhance and produce training content to achieve competency of core sales skills, coordinating with the broader Sales organization on KPIs.
  • Engage with cross-functional subject matter experts to share expertise in onboarding sessions as needed.
  • Manage the use of relevant learning and development tools and software
  • We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 2+ years of relevant work experience in training, facilitation, and/or sales enablement program management
  • Enjoys presenting and communicating both online and in-person
  • Gets fired up when managing and leading impactful learning experiences
