> WORK180 is a jobs platform and employer endorsement program that connects women with employers committed to gender equity. Employers are assessed against WORK180's standards for policies, benefits and workplace practices; endorsed employers publish that information on the site alongside their open jobs. The site serves Australia (/en-au), the United Kingdom (/en-gb) and the United States (/en-us).

Every page URL is prefixed with a locale (/en-au, /en-gb or /en-us). Individual job listings and employer profiles are published in the sitemaps referenced from https://work180.com/robots.txt.
