As an Associate Director, working within our Business Improvement and Strategy division, you will demonstrate your deep knowledge of consulting principles and the delivery of practical outcomes across multiple prior engagements and industries, including technology and financial services. You will gain direct exposure to Executive Director-level supervisors and clients, and as such, your ability to build and nurture meaningful relationships will be paramount to success.
Your experience as a Management Consultant and your ability to lead teams and deliver projects end-to-end will be highlighted by the commercial impacts and practical solutions you have achieved. Your structured approach to problem solving will include quantitative analysis, financial modelling, hypothesis-based issue analysis and the use of strategic frameworks.
You have obtained your MBA, with strong academic results. Your previous 10+ years’ work experience, including at least 5-7 years within a top management consulting firm will see you bring a wealth of experience and knowledge supporting senior executives and cross-group initiatives to deliver excellent results – globally. BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT & STRATEGY OVERVIEW
The Business Improvement & Strategy Division (BIS) partners with Macquarie businesses and support areas to pursue opportunities, navigate complex business issues, and facilitate change.
BIS offers strategic advice and support to senior executives across the firm and drives cross-group initiatives. The team of approximately 20 consultants globally has broad consulting and operational experience – both at Macquarie, as well as at other financial services and top consulting firms, including Accenture, Bain & Company, Booz & Company, McKinsey & Company, Oliver Wyman and The Boston Consulting Group.
Services offered include strategy development, human centered design, business improvement, revenue growth, project management, change management, acquisition support and digital transformation.
