Our objective is to empower our employees to balance their work schedules with time off from work to help rejuvenate and spend time with their loved ones. We offer 20 days of paid annual leave, 10 days of personal / carer’s leave, 12 weeks of maternity leave at full pay and a further 6 weeks at minimum wage and paternity leave of 2 weeks at full pay.
We also provide complimentary drinks, fresh fruit, and snacks in break rooms across our offices to help everyone power through the day.
