Z Zurich Foundation
The Z Zurich Foundation is Zurich’s global corporate social responsibility program focused on the pillars of climate resilience, wellbeing and inclusion.
In Australia, the Foundation is focused on making a positive impact on local communities, offering our employees community engagement opportunities and nurturing long-term community programs. Our main community partners are Tackle Your Feelings – a mental health training program which supports the wellbeing of AFL players and their families, Raise Foundation – a youth mentoring service and Beyond Empathy – an Indigenous youth arts organisation. Throughout the year we have the opportunity to be involved in these partnerships, for example, volunteering as a Raise mentor.
Our employees are also encouraged to invest in the causes that matter to them through volunteer leave, annual volunteering initiatives, fundraising and workplace giving which are all supported by the Foundation.
MindFIT is a multi-faceted initiative encouraging our employees to better manage their mental health and support their colleagues’ wellbeing. The program stimulates a supportive culture and helps our employees reach their full potential.

PrideZ supports all LGBTIQ employees to feel safe to be themselves at work. PrideZ raises awareness of important LGBTIQ issues and provides education for all employees.
Women’s Innovation Network (WIN) is a global network of Zurich employees dedicated to creating equal opportunities for women and men across all levels and regions of our organisation.
Our MindFIT Champions promote the mental and physical wellbeing elements of Program MindFIT at a grassroots level. MindFIT Champions advocate for the MindFIT program, lead employee-focused wellbeing events and provide our people with support, guidance and encouragement – fostering an environment where we can openly talk about mental health and wellness at work.
Eco Office Australia’s mission is to help us contribute to Zurich’s global sustainability goals, the team is focused on delivering initiatives and ideas to help us make personal changes to minimise our environmental footprint.
