A year into my Adaptavist journey and I can say with confidence, this is a truly unique place to work. In my role I've been given a level of freedom, trust and autonomy that I've never experienced before. In my short time with the company I've had the pleasure of travelling and meeting many of my colleagues from around the globe, been part of numerous different cultural events around International Women's Day, Eid/Ramadan, Black History Month and much more. We have regular potlucks lunches, AdaptaSpritz nights and celebrated on scale at our four End of Year Celebration events around the globe. I can't wait to see how the next year with Adaptavist goes!
