The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Recruiting team is seeking a customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter who is interested to work with a team of Builders and have a penchant for innovation.
The Sourcing Recruiter will be responsible for executing senior mandates by actively mapping and pipe-lining executive talent for the AWS across the APJC region.
The focus of the role is driving candidate generation strategies in partnership with key internal stakeholders. You will interact with the recruiting team and business leaders to understand how to best position AWS in the market while ensure candidate experience is front of mind.

You will have the opportunity to draw on your extensive knowledge of Talent mapping and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR and Inclusion and Diversity business partners.
Some of your responsibilities include
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies which target multiple candidate channels and assess candidates for fit and motivation rather than simply sell a role.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate business requirements
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Participate in or lead sourcing projects/recruiting initiatives including, but not limited to, meet-ups; tech events; conferences, and hackathons.
- Research and build talent pools within AWS competitive landscapes.

- Demonstrated track record/experience in corporate progressive recruiting experience.
- Experience designing hiring strategies and executing hiring plan, including advising the hiring manager on hiring strategy.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple hiring requests, projects and client relationships.
- Demonstrate client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new ways of hiring, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience operating in multiple locations in Asia Pacific.
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and diversity hiring.
