We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Identity Consultant with expertise in Microsoft technologies to join our Security Practice. As a Digital Identity Consultant, you will play a critical role in advising and implementing digital identity solutions for our clients, primarily focusing on Microsoft technologies. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, clients, and vendors, to design, develop, and deploy secure and scalable identity management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their digital identity needs and provide expert guidance on Microsoft identity management technologies and solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure AD B2C, Azure AD Connect, and other relevant Microsoft technologies.
- Conduct thorough assessments and analysis of existing digital identity infrastructure, identify gaps, and propose improvements and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans for digital identity solutions.
- Configure and integrate identity management systems with various enterprise applications, including cloud-based and on-premises systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices related to digital identity management and data privacy.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients during solution implementation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, advancements, and vulnerabilities in the field of digital identity management and Microsoft technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and security professionals, to ensure seamless integration and operation of digital identity solutions.
- Assist in the recruitment and evaluation of potential candidates for digital identity-related positions within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Digital Identity Consultant or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD, Azure AD B2C, Azure AD Connect, Azure AD Application Proxy, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Experience with designing and implementing secure identity solutions, including federation, identity lifecycle management, and identity governance.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and other relevant scripting languages.
- Familiarity with identity protocols and standards such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and LDAP.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
