What you will do:
- Secure and advance the growth of our Experiences business group in collaboration with Avanade X leaders, and leaders across our business
- Realize new frontiers of growth by finding new and better ways to grow, balancing the long-term vision while being grounded in short term objectives
- Drive results, ensure accountability, maintain customer focus, drive engagement
- Attract and develop top talent, and build effective teams
- Co-sell with Accenture Song. Create strong alignment with Accenture Song to increase co-sell opportunities, support Accenture Song delivery programs and aid origination and deal intake and qualification
- Expand our Relationships. Create innovative origination programs and approaches to identify and build new relationships with new buyers in our most important clients.
- Activate our Plays, Solutions & Partners. Work with Avanade X Practice leaders to bring focused plays and solutions to market. Educate our sales community and client facing leaders on Avanade X plays and solutions and support them in deals. Partner with Avanade’s Integrated Go-to-Market organization to drive Avanade X integration into various industry plays, ensuring strong sales support and interlock.
- Drive performance of our Sitecore partnership, create sustained momentum with Adobe and increase our relevance to Microsoft. Coordinate partner enablement and activation and drive partner origination efforts. Partner with Avanade’s alliance and partnership teams to align and organize Avanade X / Microsoft co-sell motions.
