Our Workplace Advisory team sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology and industries and thrives on turning ideas and innovations into breakthrough results for leading organisations around the world. As an Sr. Analyst, you will focus on providing advisory and implementation insights and services to help clients realise meaningful business growth through workplace and employee experience transformation. You will work with account teams to shape, sell, and coordinate the delivery of propositions that address client challenges in the areas of employee experience strategy and transformation, employee analytics and insights, employee value proposition modernisation, workforce transformation, culture change and physical workplace design. What you’ll do

  • Help clients develop and deliver their digital workplace strategies, addressing the organizational and employee impact.
  • Understand the client’s business change journey and be responsible for the implementation of the change strategy drawn up by the Change Leads, in collaboration with the client.
  • Develop and provide training, create other support materials, and implement the communication plan.

Skills and experiences

  • Have a real passion for technology and how it positively influences development of the workplace and employee roles and experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Other desired skills include:

  • Work experience in the field of change management
  • Knowledge of PROSCI
