Job title: Inbound Chat Specialist

Salary: £20,000
Shift Pattern: working hours between 8:15am – 5:30pm Monday-Friday, early finish every other Friday
What you’ll be doing:
- Multi-tasking by operating multiple web chats simultaneously without compromising on quality
- Developing strong relationships with colleagues across People Services and work together to continuously improve the customer experience
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes which generate volumes
- Owning issues to ensure the customer remains satisfied and we deliver a positive experience
- Providing support answering our email queries and telephone calls where required
Your skills and experiences:
- Experienced in web chat in a customer service setting and able to type a minimum of 45 words per minute with excellent spelling and grammar
- Ability to multitask managing up to 3 chats simultaneously without compromising on quality
- Ability to build a rapport with individuals via chat
- Positive mind-set and an ability to problem solve
- Quick learner and able to retain knowledge
