What you’ll be doing:
- Diary management
- Updating visual boards
- Attending meeting and minute taking if and when required
- Stationary update for the department – ordering and stock taking
- Undertaking a range of clerical and administrative duties within a department
- Processing documents and information received from a range of sources and managing the data within company systems
- Maintenance and storage of technical documentation, keeping filing systems up-to-date to ensure traceability so that information can be readily retrieved
Your skills and experiences:
- IT expertise – Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other applications.
- An understanding of how to deal with Confidential Information and how to store appropriately
- Basic knowledge of a range of work routines, procedures, and systems across a discipline
- Good planning and organisational skills with a shown use of people skills within the workplace
- Time management and administration skills desirable

This role sits within the Enablement Operations Team supporting BAE Systems build Department. This role will provide you with the opportunity to join a busy dynamic team, enabling you to be part of exciting marine projects and grow your Administrative skills and industry knowledge within BAE.
