Job title: Senior HR Data Analytics Lead
Location: Multiple UK locations available - Farnborough, Glasgow, Preston, Warton. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £51,000 to £55,000 dependant on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the team manager to develop and embed the analytics strategy to key Business-critical decision making
- Consulting with senior stakeholders to identify and capture business questions, articulating these into data analytics questions and designing solutions, testing hypothesis and scenarios, and conducting analysis to directly address these
- Taking a proactive approach to driving continuous improvements through analytics and spotting opportunities to solve business problems through stakeholder engagement and independent reviews of our dashboards (proactively look for trends etc.)
- Working across lines of business/ sector, functions and centers of expertise to ensure pan-organisational approach to analysis and reporting activities
- Working closely with technical and development colleagues to ensure stakeholder requirements are met e.g., input into the scoping and designing of new dashboards/ reports and enhancing existing dashboards
- Providing required data that cannot be accessed through self-service, leveraging external networks and market intelligence to drive analytics benchmarking, modernisation and innovation. Clearly communicating key analysis insights and recommendations through presentations, reports and discussions and support stakeholders to drive business change
Your skills and experiences:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience with previous experience of leading analytics projects
- Have an analytical mind set, as well as an inquisitive, methodical approach
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts
- Capable of applying advanced analytic methods to a variety of problems
- Have experience of People Analytics including leading on scoping and delivering analytics projects and meeting stakeholder requirements

The Data Analytics team:
As a Senior HR Data Analytics Lead, you will be the senior point of contact for a portfolio of senior UK and International stakeholders across the Organisation and work with them in a consultative manner to capture their requirements and utilise the wider team to deliver upon them.
