Job Title: Project Lead - Learning from Experience (LfE) & Benefits Analysis
Location: Barrow-in-Furness with hybrid options
Salary: Between £45,000 to £48,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and managing the Annual Schedule of planned LfE events on the Programme for BAES.
- Reviewing, develop and deployment of the process, including guidance and ensuring alignment with the PM Function and appropriate tailoring that may be required is in place for the programme.
- Leading benefits arrangements for the programme, including the identification, assessment and reporting.
- Working in collaboration with Industry Partners on Benefits reporting and management.
- Supporting & reporting on metrics for evaluating the programme Benefits and LfE performance
- Facilitating LfE analysis, including root cause, trend analysis and report recommendations to agreed forums
- Maintaining links with the functions and other Change Initiatives.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Good knowledge of the Project Lifecycle Development framework
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience of producing project reports, analysis data and data interpretation
Desirable
- Risk and opportunity management experience
- Change or Transformation experience.
- Knowledge of the BAES Subs business

This sis within the Project Controls team within one of our programmes that provide Risk and Opportunity management, LFE Learning from Experience and Continuous improvement and measure the benefits of applied changes. This is a developing role within the team so you will have the chance to shape the role to suit the objectives you will be assigned.
