Job title: Employer Brand Campaigns Lead
Location: Flexible / Home Based (requires travel to an office once per month)
Salary:£54,000 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Working as an SME and business partner to develop campaigns that address key business recruitment challenges and positively influence the perception of BAE as an employer of choice for our target audiences
- Analyses industry insights and market wide creative trends to inform short- and long-term campaign approaches that drive ongoing campaign performance improvement and inform future development
- Acting as a trusted advisor, building positive and effective business relationships, working collaboratively to provide specialist insight and expertise
- Managing, leading, and delivering projects to agreed outcomes, taking ownership of delivery on time, on brief, on brand and on budget
- Ongoing communication with stakeholders at key milestones to ensure they are engaged and included, bring them on the journey throughout the campaign development process.
- Planning and optimisation whilst campaign in flight; evaluating performance analytics, and concluding appropriate actions and/or changes of approach
- Working closely with our agencies to deploy campaigns across multiple channels, typically PPC, Programmatic display, digital advertorial content and email
- Leading analysis across campaigns to drive continuous improvement for future projects. Provides analytical insight and can interpret, manage and manipulate data
Your skills and experiences:
- Extensive knowledge of digital channels, platforms and careers sites in Employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Experience of using insights and data to plan, deploy budget and measure activity to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve ROI
- Recruitment Marketing experience required

You will partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop targeted, innovative, national campaigns across multiple channels. Our focus is on attracting the best most diverse talent to our business, using market and candidate insights, in-depth research, and proactive attraction tactics. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of marketing channels and developing content for a range of audiences, with the ability to develop campaigns from brief to execution – with a keen eye on detail, performance and return on investment. This role will allow you to act as a trusted advisor, bringing expert insight, robust thinking and best practice to campaign approaches that directly support our talent strategy. You will use your excellent partnering and influencing skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders and wider teams to build positive working relationships.
