Job title: Air -Airworthiness Team Leader
Location: Warton. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
Salary: £49,135 - £70,385 (depending on skills and experience)
What you’ll be doing:
- Liaising with customers to agree delivery timescales
- Allocating tasks to appropriate individuals
- Liaising with the Executive population to ensure availability of suitably qualified and experienced individuals
- Supporting the Lines of Business and/or the Airworthiness and Product Integrity Centre of Expertise in delivering product integrity activities, challenging inefficiencies, and inconsistencies in the operation
- Supporting the Product Integrity Discipline to develop and expand their expertise and influence through supporting internal community of practices and external engagements
- Problem solving of Product Integrity issues
- Ensuring personal development and opportunities are maximized, collaborating with the wider Engineering teams to promote the Product Integrity identity
- People manager responsibilities
Your skills and experiences:
- Engineering Lifecycle, especially those associated with the common engineering processes
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) Degree or equivalent or relevant experience within engineering or Aircraft related systems
- Engineering integration role within any lifecycle/product area experience of key systems of aircraft
- Beneficial: Knowledge of Type Certification in a Civil/Military Environment

The Airworthiness team:
Within the Air Sector Airworthiness team, you’ll work alongside numerous Engineering disciplines and will carry out independent assurance on their output.
