Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
Analysis, design and delivery of solutions to meet business and customer requirements
Design development and delivery of secure information or communication systems
Applying engineering and architecture knowledge to solve complicated problems
Maintaining knowledge of the latest technologies and how they can be applied
Building relationships with customers and stakeholders
Promoting the progression of innovative concepts, prototyping, development and production
Your skills and experiences:
Experience with:
Systems Engineering and integration
Providing technical leadership of engineering teams
Leading the technical solution through the whole lifecycle from concept to in-service
Cost and benefits evaluation for appropriate technologies
Integration of commercial software systems to support the business activities (COTS Integration)
Understanding of:
Information Systems and security architectures
Defence Industry or IT projects and programmes

Customers increasingly demand information and technology solutions delivering advantage, communications, planning, operations, and cyber protection. C5ISR within Digital Intelligence is where we design and build cutting edge IT solutions for incorporation into products and services.
Our Senior Systems Engineers provide the technical lead in the design, development and delivery of Assured Information Systems, Services and Products. They are instrumental in developing new technology roadmaps, architectures and designs required to both sustain an existing portfolio of IT cyber products, systems, and services but, and to develop new products for the future.
