Job title: Commercial Assistant

Location: Rochester, Kent. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the interface with our customer base
  • Supporting a project team in preparing quotations to customers, pursuing the resultant order intake and managing contracts in line with established policies and requirements
  • Working within a team which are responsible for interpreting and communicating customer requirements, identifying, and mitigating risk and assessing opportunity
  • Supporting the business to manage change and deliver upon its financial commitments

Your skills and experiences:

  • High Attention to detail
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Good literacy and numeracy and MS Office skills
  • Administrative experience within a commercial/ sales setting is highly desirable
