Job Title: Lead Data Analyst

Location: Preston/Farnborough. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £34,000 plus dependent on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing data & analytics products such as data processes, dashboards, reports, or analyses
  • Taking a lead role in planning and delivering work packages, sometimes including coordinating other Analyst’s contributions
  • Ensuring your work and the work of those contributing to your project is conducted according to our project and technical processes, and meets our standard of technical excellence
  • Engaging with stakeholders, understanding their business requirements, and explaining how the product will meet these
  • Coaching and supporting other team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise

Your skills and experiences:

  • Track record of taking a lead in planning and delivering Data & Analytics work packages
  • Advanced knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx toolsets (desirable) or other similar analytics toolset
  • An analytical mind set, as well as an inquisitive, methodical approach
  • Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge, and coaching and developing others
  • A degree in a numerate subject, or equivalent experience
