Job title: M365 SharePoint Service Lead

Salary: Up to £48k depending on skills & experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for the M365 SharePoint service within the UK Tenant ensuring that any incidents, problems and change requests are progressed efficiently
- Primary liaison for customers, suppliers and partners, ensuring that strong relationships are built and ensuring that we are taking advantage of new functionality being developed
- Responsible for creating and sharing the Product Vision, Product Roadmap and Release Plan with the internal team and customers
- Define standards and best practice methods for managing an M365 SharePoint service and ensure that the right level of governance is enforced
- Liaise with M365 Solution Architects to develop and configure the M365 tenant, tracks progress and works to resolve issues when required
Your skills and experiences:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent diploma
- Good practice application management in line with ITIL
- Good understanding of application development and promotion into multiple environments
- Business knowledge and experience gained across multiple sectors for enterprise solutions
- Experience managing a M365 tenant and working within Azure

The SharePoint team:
Current SharePoint team consist of 6 people, although this is set to increase over the next 12 months, who are responsible for the Delivery of SharePoint 2016 / 2019 and SharePoint Online to all BAE systems UK Business, we manage the Service with our Service Provider DXC, and also manage service and support from 3rd party suppliers such as Microsoft, Boost, KwizCom and Quest
The team manage the relationship with the 10 UK Business who use our 4 Enterprise SharePoint environments.
We are responsible for deploying the strategic roadmap for SharePoint including major upgrades, Business Change Requests, configuration changes as well as supporting end users in site creation and management
