Job Title: Master Scheduler

Location: Warton. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Salary: Up to £47,013 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the lead in the generation of the UK & International Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across the programme lifecycle
• Support in the delivery of a coherent management update to the Programme Director on IMS development on a weekly basis
• Lead on collating all supporting information that will assist in the schedule generation such as key dependencies, risks and opportunities and ensure alignment to MoD requirements
• Support the generation and execution of the IMS schedule risk analysis (SRA)
• Support in the delivery of a coherent management update to the Programme Director on IMS development on a weekly basis

Your skills and experiences:

Essential

• Experience in Planning or Scheduling
• Working knowledge and application of Project Control Principles and Practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with proven problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail with ability to support and challenge at all levels as appropriate, and a can do attitude

Desirable

• Use of a planning/scheduling toolset such as Microsoft Project (MSP)
• Experience of running a Schedule Risk Analysis
• APMP / PDMY (or equivalent) or experience to offset

The Air Project Team:

As part of the FCAS AP scheduling team you will support the successful generation of the programme level integrated master schedule (IMS) along with key supporting documents such as the DAREO.
